The 24/7 Home Emergency Network: Verified, Late-Night Plumbers & Electricians in Satellite Town Who Pick Up
Alright, so. You are home. Late night. Maybe 2 AM. Or 11 PM. Doesn’t matter. Something breaks.
The bathroom pipe? Burst. Water everywhere. Or the lights just go. Flicker. Then nothing. Dark.
You call your regular guy. The one who comes during day. No answer. Or he says “bhai, late ho gaya, kal aata hoon.”
Kal? Bhai, kal nahi ho sakta. Abhi chahiye.
So you need someone. Someone who picks up. At 2 AM. Who comes. Who fixes. Who doesn’t charge a kidney.
I drive. I pick up passengers. I drop them. Sometimes… their house is dark. Or they are standing outside in the cold. Water leaking from somewhere.
This is a list. Not complete. Not perfect. But these are people I have seen. Or passengers have told me. They pick up. They come. They fix.
Quick List (Who to Call)
Here is the messier breakdown.
Option 1: Weldpac Handyman (The Pro One)
So there is this company. Weldpac. They do everything. Plumbing, electric, carpentry, AC.
They say 24/7 emergency.. Yes. 24/7. Means 2 bajay bhi agar phone karo toh… they should pick up.
Their website is all professional. Talk about “emergency repairs”, “routine maintenance”.. They cover Satellite Town, Saddar, Bahria Town, lots of places..
What they fix:
- Leaks. Burst pipes. Dripping taps.
- Clogs. Drains, toilets.
- Water heaters. Geyser.
- Electrical faults. Short circuits. Fuse box.
- AC problems. Also.
Mein kya sochta hoon? This is good for big emergencies. Like if your whole house pipe burst. Or main wiring short. They send a team. Not just one tired guy.
Cost? Not on website. Usually these professional services charge more. Maybe 1500-3000 for call + work. But quality better.
Number? Their WhatsApp is on website. Or Google them. “Weldpac Handyman Rawalpindi”.
Option 2: Hoomwork App (The Fast One)
App hai. Hoomwork. You download. You book. Plumber, electrician, carpenter, AC repair, cleaning… sab..
They say: service professional at your door within 60 minutes.. 60 minutes! Raat ko bhi? Haan, 24/7 emergency service.. 15 days guarantee bhi hai. Agar kaam theek nahi hua toh free service..
They operate in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi.. Satellite Town should be covered.
But… ek passenger told me: customer service is not great. Said they have weird policies.. So. App is convenient. But maybe hit or miss.
Price: They claim “affordable”. Not sure exact.
How to get: Search “Hoomwork” on App Store or Google Play.
Option 3: WASA & Government Contacts (The Last Resort)
Sometimes you don’t need a plumber. You need the government. If sewage is backed up from main line. Or water supply issue.
WASA Rawalpindi has numbers for Satellite Town region:
- Sewerage complaints: 051-9290494
- Billing related (Satellite Town): 051-4429192
- Water supply complaints / Tanker: 051-4834733
These are for emergencies like main line burst on your street. Not for your bathroom tap.
Option 4: The “Bureau of Emigration” List (Random Tradesmen)
Random, but. The Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment has lists of plumbers and electricians. These are people registered for overseas jobs. But they live in Satellite Town.
Some contacts:
- Sheharyar Gondal (Electrician): House # 63-C-2, C Block-C. Phone: 051-4927351, 03226464927. Overseas promoter. Might know local people.
- Daud Sarwar (Electrician): B-1/343, United Plaza. Phone: 0514451510, 0333-5103308.
- Muhammad Asghar Qureshi (Plumber): F-871, F Block. Phone: 051-4251781, 03111527710. This is an “Overseas Employment Promoter” but a local contact.
Strange source. But… numbers are numbers. Could be useful.
Emergency Prep (Do This Now)
- Save contacts now. Don’t wait for emergency. Save Weldpac number. Download Hoomwork app. Keep WASA numbers in phone.
- Know your circuit breaker. If short circuit happens, know where main switch is. Turn off. Then call electrician. Don’t call first.
- Know your main water valve. Burst pipe? Shut off main valve immediately. Before calling plumber.
- Keep torch. And candles. And lighter. And spare bulb. And some cash. In case ATM not working at night.

What NOT to Do (From Passengers)
- Don’t call random number from wall. You know. The ones written on walls in marker. “Electrician 24/7”. Sometimes they come. Sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they charge double at night.
- Don’t wait until morning. If leak is bad. Water damage is expensive. Call someone. Even if cost more.
- Don’t try to fix yourself if you don’t know. Electrocution is real. Water + electricity bad combination.
- Don’t pay full amount before work completed. Some demand “door charge” just to come. Ok. But rest after.
Mein ne socha. Passengers have asked me for help. Now at least you have some numbers.
Bookmark this page. When pipe bursts at 2 AM, you know where to look.

*P.S. — Have a 24/7 guy who is reliable? WhatsApp me. I will add to guide. We drivers and passengers help each other.*
P.P.S. — I haven’t personally used all these numbers. But passengers have told. And websites say. You call. You verify. You decide.
